First of all, the inputs and outputs of single arm are redefined. Then, the open-circuit faults occurring in different power devices and clamping diodes are analyzed. Furthermore the single arm model is built. Finally, the model of power converter is established based on the single arm model, which can express the power converter with open-circuit fault.
