A complex combination of modern civilization, environmental, medical, social and economic factors, and their interaction on child’s development leads to high degree of heterogeneity of the enrollment of the Russian school. These children need continuous psychological and pedagogical support, rather than the one-time or cyclical lessons to overcome particular learning difficulties. Such work should be the main content of psychological support of the educational standard.
