This pushes the individual to a professional and individual growth, within the activities he per- forms, helping the rescuer to better express his motivations on the professional setting. Empowerment thus becomes the concept to renew a culture of work and of the worker, renewing the organizational models, reinterpreting in this study, the culture of work in the rescue that takes place during emergencies, in order to better motivate the staff who works in this area. I focus on the theory in which empowerment is connected to the presence of meaningful relationships that do not limit expressivity and individual freedom and that are oriented towards mutuality and reciprocity. It is important to create a specific training path on this topic, by acquiring the awareness of evaluation and solution of difficult situations, using physical, mental and emotional energies of rescuers.
