Congestive cardiac failure secondary to non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) was subsequently diagnosed following an electrocardiogram (ECG), echocardiography, and cardiac enzyme assay. The presented case demonstrates the importance of skilled delivery and efficient referral services in developing countries to minimize poor maternal and fetal outcomes in pregnancy-related heart disease.http://www.jfmpc.com/article.asp?issn=2249-4863;year=2020;volume=9;issue=5;spage=2528;epage=2530;aulast=Orehcongestive cardiac failuremyocardial infarctionnstemipregnancy
