The superefficiency DEA method is used as a ranking methodology to rank the extremely efficient TOD area. With the help of DEA projection theory by utilizing the slack variables, the target value is assigned to inefficient TOD area to make it efficient. This methodology applies to 16 TOD area in Bhopal city, India. It is an adaptive method to find out the CR between BRTS and land use. Measuring CR is useful for efficient and sustainable urban planning.
