These autosegmental-metric models of intonation record H and L tones usually according to its position within pitch range of individual speaker in an intonational phrase. According to this, listener's decoding of intonational realization is possible only in fully realized intonational phrase, since the highest and the lowest tone values that determine pitch range used in an intonational phrase can be realized within any syllable of intonational phrase. This kind of decoding of the intonational realization would mean that speaker cannot use intonation to make transition relevance place projectable before it is realized, which is contrary with intonational research knowledge within conversation analysis and approaches derived from conversation analysis applied on phonetic and phonological researches.http://linguistik-online.com/46_11/maric.html
