A comprehensive assessment of activities on project risks that can be applied in the rocket and space complex are also described. The paper also develops stages of managing project risks in commercial projects of the rocket and space complex, as well as a scheme of monitoring risks for commercial projects. The paper concludes that it is possible to implement projects in the rocket and space complex without government support using an effective system of risk assessment and management. |
