We have studied the results of observation of 7083 patients. It is revealed that 28.7 % of patients have to undergo further surgical treatment. During the first year of observation 22.3 % of patients were operated. Among all operated patients during pathohistological study there were found the highly differentiated carcinoma in 10.2 % of cases.
