Perception of time is one of the most important functions in human life. Coherence of movements and speech, perception properties and relations of objects in sync communication depend on how precisely the differentiation of temporal fractions occurs. That is why this area is of great interest to researchers. For a long period of study, they have accumulated a big store of knowledge; at present, the challenge for researchers is to build up models that can explain the mechanisms underlying these complex mental functions.
