| Summary: | The article presents the results of studying of specific activity of the combined drug «Geoscape» on the model of experimental formalin arthritis of the knee joint in rats. The aim of the study was the comparative analysis of the benefits of the combined composition on monocomponents (meloxicam, dexamethasone, Echinacea dry extract). Was installed high efficiency antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action «Geoscape» compared to the individual drug components. Macroscopic and histological analysis revealed a beneficial effect of the investigated tools to components of the joint. |
