Stability is the major characteristic of economic activities in market conditions. It provides advantage in investment attraction, reception of credits, a choice ofsuppliers and matching of qualified personnel. The above stability of the organizations leading economic activities on an innovative, brave basis, the above their independence of change of market conditions and, hence, the is less risk to appear on the brink of bankruptcy. In the clause it is established that the basis of strategic management with a view of maintenance of organizational-economic stability of enterprise structures is constituted by actions of organizational and economic character on provision of production of end production and reaction to influence offactors ofthe externaland internal environment, interfering(stabilizing) to goal achievement of activity ofthe enterprise.
