This study identified the factors are influence the performance of Malang micro enterprises to face the industrial era 4.0. The results showed that the knowledge of Micro enterprises in Malang about Industrial Era 4.0 was still lacking. There are two variables that have a large category, namely the variable Knowledge (X2) and Business Size (X3) against Readiness (Y) with the resulting value of 0.005 and > 0.001.
