| Summary: | TRNC doesn't have its own printed currency for its economic activities. In TRNC economy the currency of Turkish Republic is being used for the economic activities since 1974. The aim of the study is to point out the critics in TRNC economy as it doesn't have its own currency hence monetary policy. The efficiency of the other macroeconomic policies except monetary policy is explained. Specially the importance of the fiscal policy for TRNC economy is mentioned and also in the study the general analysis of foreign trade is made for the readers. In the conclusion the offers are made for how to increase the efficiency of the economy policies and also to overcome the crtics in TRNC economy. |
