Therefore they have stimulatingand invigorating effect on the economy ..This kind of sectors are called keysectors or primary sectors for investment.In this study, we will determine the keysectors in the Turkish economy, using the2002 input-output tables , which are published by Turkey statistical agency.Theplace of the agricultural sector in these aggregated sectors will be investigated.Then, the sub-sectors of the agricultural sector will be examined, and also theplace and position in the agricultural sector and in the overall economy will bedetermined..
