The purpose of this article is to identify and analyze the communities of scientific collaboration in a Brazilian Interdisciplinary Program Postgraduate. We used the method of Social Network Analysis (SNA) for community detection. For each community were extracted and analyzed the most frequent terms from the title of intellectual productions. Nine communities of collaboration were found with different arrangements and each community has a body of terms that permeate the three focus areas of the program. The results show that there is a balance between the focus areas of the program. However, isolated communities must be avoided and a more interdisciplinary work between some areas of concentration should be encouraged.
