Summary:The aim of this research is to determine the impact of learning-oriented organizational culture, formal organizational structure and environmental dynamism on product innovation performance of businesses. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the managers of manufacturing firms included within the Istanbul (Istanbul Chamber of Industry) 1000 list (N:120). The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS and SmartPLS structural equation modeling program. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that learning-oriented organizational culture, formal organizational structure and environmental dynamism affect product innovation performance positively
