The development of technologies associated with medical images, including the advent of digital devices for medical diagnosis by images has offered important aids to the practice of the Medicine. However, the evaluation of some image-based clinical exams is often very dependent on professional practice. In this work, we present the development of a set of web-based applications that offers a media, such as a collaborative and highly interactive environment, which allows healthcare personnel to collaborate with their peers, regardless of geographic location, sharing opinions and exchanging clinical data and information in a specific domain. Making use of the internet´s omnipresent nature and standards for exchange medical images and related information, this set of applications makes feasible the breaking of the barriers of time and distance in the development of collaborative activities in the Medicine practice
