Genes of class II HLA-system determines a significant portion of the genetic predisposition to the development of the majority of diseases associated with the immune system. In the analysis of allelic polymorphism of the genes HLA-DQA1, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DRB1 found that among healthy donors Krasnodar in absolute terms more common alleles DQA1*0501, DQA1* 0201, DQB1* 0301, DQB1* 0601/8, DRB1 *01 DRB1* 15. Compare the population do not have significant differences and can be used as control groups in studies aimed at understanding the contribution of genes HLA II class for the development of diseases in the russian group.
