| Summary: | The present article aims to describe the current market and economical reality regarding international trade and its imperfections (frictions) confronting China, specially those originated in one of its largest commercial partners, Brazil. Through an empirical research, this paper displays, under a brief descriptive perspective, the historical constructs that formed today's economical reality of both countries and, in a quantitative manner, the existing frictions between the former.
