Trap parameters were determined by using additive dose, peak shape, initial rise and computerized glow curve deconvolution methods. The physical model was established by using interactive multi-trap model and differential equations were derived. The equation system was solved numerically by using experimental trap parameters. A good agreement appeared between the experimental and the numerical results.
