The evaluation of the maturity level of the internal environment governance is significant for the companies with prevailing or growing share of intellectual capital in the value added, namely in innovative and knowledge-intensive sectors, e.g. radio electronics. Each factor is evaluated on a 0–4 scale. The survey results show the impact of integral Maturity Index (score sum) on the employee performance. The results also establish that the level of Empowerment deliver the highest impact on performance.
