EVALUATION OF IMAGE ANALYSIS AS A METHOD FOR EXAMINING CARCASS COMPOSITION OF RAINBOW TROUT

Two year groups (1+ and 2+; n = 10/group) of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were sampled from a Danish marine fish farm.
