These variables require statistical analysis validated by the analysis of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, subsequently the variables rank correlation concerning the commitment at work within a Spearman's rho correlation coefficient, finally the range identification and its checking general measurement. The mixed research method was used because of its characteristics, since the qualitative and quantitative approach helps to explain clearly the executed phenomenon. The results obtained shows that two of the variables analyzed have significant influence on the commitment at work, which gives a guideline to the Publishing Company to perform corrective actions looking to improve the workers commitment.
