As necessary, the continuous improvement of knowledge management - not mere training or technical and professional qualification - in favor of a greater impact of the processes of science and technological innovation. The present work aims to systematize theoretical and conceptual considerations on the dynamics of interactive learning that enhance knowledge management, scientific-technological innovation in function of local development.
