These traces of material culture come from the archaeological dig undertaken at Suceveni-Stoborăni, a site that was excavated by Ion T. Dragomir, between 1968 and 1977, and, also, by Dan Nanu-Basarab, from 1988 to 1990. After the end of his excavations, Ion T. Dragomir publishes a series of articles, studies and, also, a monograph about the archaeological discoveries from the Eneolithic period, without rigorously describing the rest of the artifacts from other historical periods. In 2010, after we gained access to Ion T. Dragomir’s archaeological field notebooks and plans of the archaeological dig he had undertaken, we aimed to present the results of archaeological discoveries pertaining to the Early Iron Age. The aim was reached, and in the years 2011 and 2014, in the Peuce magazine, two articles were published with specific reference to these findings. The present article strives to continue the effort of publishing inedited materials and archaeological contexts that are part of the archaeological research carried out in the Stoborăni dig site and which refer, at this time, to the Early Middle Ages.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NRtG0e0L762tOBm9M1VhxjonDjO7Ygc-/viewSouth-East MoldaviaPrut riverVIIIth-Xth centuries
