Summary:The article is devoted to creation of scientific basis for cement stone structure formation, development of optimal compositions and technology for manufacturing building materials based on the waste of fine-grained pure quartz production. This technology provides significant pore filling, formation of new crystallization centers which act as an dditional reinforcement of cement hydration products, and increase of physical and mechanical properties.
