Summary:The author of the commentary makes a tour of the expositions of the book Animals, Emotions and Morality: Marking the Boundary written by BA Dixon, by reviewing various theories concerning the relationship between animals and humans with regard to morals and emotions. He notes the different lines for which the author moves, noting the role of morality, compassion and motivation in the emotionality of the animals.
