We are presenting a case of 64 year old male patient with a slowly growing scrotal swelling which has been regarded as hydrocele for 2 years. The patient was referred to scrotal exploration. At surgery a huge mass adjacent to the bulbar urethra was found, not involving the testicles. The morphological picture and the special stains were compatible with aggressive angiomyxoma of the scrotum and peritoneum.http://dx.doi.org/10.1155/2009/157624
