| Summary: | Considering the different aspects of productivity which includes<br />observing correct principles and procedures of doing the job well<br />(efficiency) and doing the appropriate work (impressiveness). Perhaps it<br />is not possible to identify any scale or maximum to achieve productivity,<br />but the important thing is reaching optimization in executing the<br />organization affirs and duties. The main question is what are the most<br />important procedures to lead to the productivity in freight wagons<br />department of railways of Islamic Republic of Iran? To achieve the<br />appropriate response, manpower productivity indicators, capital, energy<br />and all other items were defined, measured and analyzed to specify that<br />the amount of these indicators in comparison with 2005 have been<br />increased in 2005. To identify the productivity obstacles, a questionnaire<br />was used. The results showed that lack of appropriate organizational<br />climate for attraction foreign investment, lack of financial and credit<br />resources for executing the projerct, ambiguous goals and long term<br />programing, amortized andworn- out machineries and repairing<br />equipments, the existances of law and order are some of the most<br />important obstacles that productivity in freight wagons department of<br />railways in Islamic republic of Iran have to deal with .at the end some<br />procedures have been recommended. |
