For improving the quality service, enabling the harbour officer to make good financial report, minimizing the management loss, lessening the shipping risk by reducing the number of ship passengers, and facilitating the insurance claim in case of transportation accidents, it is important to develop integrated ticketing system software in PT ASDP Ketapang, Banyuwangi. The method used in developing the software is structuring some supporting data that have been acquired from observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The software is developed by MS Visual Basic 6.0, ADO, and MS SQL Server 2000. The performance of the software is tested by syntax and semantic testing, interface, functional, and network. The outcome is a ticketing system software that can be used for (1) monitoring and selling record-keeping, (2) releasing information of ticket fare and shipping schedule, (3) monitoring the number of passengers, and (4) identifying the income from daily, weekly, monthly of annual ticket selling.http://journal.um.ac.id/index.php/teknologi-kejuruan/article/view/3167perangkat lunaksistem pertiketanpengujian perangkat lunak
