Therefore, as the subject of the research is chosen the case of public hearings on the construction of a subway ventilation shaft in the public park "Zyuzino". The author of the article combines the original methodology of critical discourse analysis, first established by W. Cukier and others, with the original institutional analysis based on the principles of the "ideal speech situation" by J. Habermas.
