With study samples from 241 dairy households in Duc Hoa district, the research used Cobb-Douglas function and multivariate regression econometric to analyze and carry out the results. The results show that there are nine variables influencing on the dairy productivity, in which four variables are correlated inversely and five are correlated positively with the dairy productivity. Four inversing variables are farming households joining agricultural extension programs in the district; households using straw to feel the cows; feeding experience; generation of initial breed is F3. Five positive variables are food cost; households using milling wheat to feed the cows; initial breed suppliers from Tay Ninh province; initial breed suppliers from Hoc Mon; labor force joining to raise. The result of the research recommends some policies involving raising households and local government in order to increase the dairy productivity in Duc Hoa districthttps://journalofscience.ou.edu.vn/index.php/econ-vi/article/view/1141
