METHODS. In 21 cities of Republic of Srpska, 2146 EuroPep questionnaires have been completed by patients. Total number of questionnaires given to the patients was 2200. RESULTS. Patients gave better score to the family physicians than to physicians who were not educated in family medicine especially to questions related to recovery from disease, emotional problems and doctor-patient contact. CONCLUSION.
