The nurse professional has the ability to interpret knowledge, competence, the recognized professional ability at his disposal, which is the result of spe-cific training, learning and exercising. It includes knowledge, skills and attitudes through communication, teaching, critical thinking, physical care, collaboration with team members and laymen, application of the sister process and sisterhood management. Certain level of education requires a certain level of supervision. The poorly educated staff does not prefer supervision, unlike highly educated workers who are to a certain extent supervised and involved.
