The studies performed indicate the relationship of variations in the electromagnetic and seismic fields, lunar-solar tidal effects, seismic regime with the processes of fracturing. The results of the time-frequency analysis of the response of the geological environment to earthquakes in the electromagnetic field are presented, the features of manifestation depending on the location of the hypo-and epicenters of seismic events and their magnitude are considered.
