This article analyzes the strategy before, during and after the Covid-19 crisis on large, medium and small companies in Brazil. It concludes that the importance of companies preparing and planning during periods without crisis for the uncertain future is a fundamental factor of survival in times of crisis and especially after the crisis period. The search for a blue ocean with the use of innovation and business strategy transforms the organization into a winning company and better prepared for periods of great economic, social and sanitary uncertainty.
