Summary: | Ethics is increasingly considered as a new dimension of professionalism and as a competence professionnals need do develop in order to revisit the foundations, goals and means of their action, driving them to engage in a professional practice that is more critical, reflexive and responsible. The focus on ethics is of particular importance to medicine, but also to other fields of human activities such as engineering where it has benn gaining momentum. The goal of the present study is to present some conceptual developments of a research at thecrossroads of ethics and education, focused on two fields: medicine and engineering.
