Summary:The conquest of rights by women has turned out to be a long process of marches and countermarches in which a number of anonymous women participated. One of these movements, developed under favorable conditions and fronted by Bertha Lutz between 1919 and the late thirties, managed to assure women that many of their claims would be recognized. I aim to show the performance of those women who were victims of different sorts of prejudice but were able to conduct their fight to become citizens.
