It is established that among genetically non-uniform Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains, circulating in Tomsk and the Tomsk Region, and causing acute progressive destructive pulmonary tuberculosis, 19% show multi drag resistance. Beijing family strains make 27% from the general population, have a high clusterization index (74%), level of their multi drag resistance in 3 times exceeds that at «not Beijing» strains for which the share of clustering strains makes 11%.https://bulletin.tomsk.ru/jour/article/view/1308mycobacterium tuberculosisgenetic typinggenetic profiledrag resistance |
