Namun, </span>berbagai bentuk <span lang="EN-US">programnya </span>hingga saat<span lang="EN-US"> ini </span>yang bersifat <span lang="EN-US">unilateral cenderung problematic</span> karena <span lang="EN-US">sering kali kurang mewakili harapan dan kebutuhan komunitas lokal. Studi-studi sebelumnya tentang CSR pada industri ekstraktif yang unilateral</span> dapat <span lang="EN-US">dikategorikan menjadi dua berdasarkan substansinya, yaitu CSR sebagai bentuk karitatif dan mandat</span>o<span lang="EN-US">ris. Studi ini menolak keduanya karena belum maksimal turut mengupayakan pembangunan komunitas lokal. Studi ini berargumen bahwa mencapai makna keadilan program CSR pada industri ekstraktif, sebagai salah satu sarana pembangunan komunitas lokal, adalah melalui kapabilitas relasional dan komitmen. However, the programme so far tends to be unilateral and leads to problematic because it is oftenly not representing the expectations and needs of local community. The previous studies about unilateral CSR in extractive industry, </span>could be<span lang="EN-US"> categorized into two types according to their substances. They are CSR as a form of charity and CSR as a form of mandatory. This study rejects both categories because they have not been maximal in the development of local community. This study argues that the meaning of justice in CSR programme in extractive industry, as a mean to develop local community, can be achieved through relational capability and commitment.
