Positivism kelseniano, recognized by the separation between law and morality, not omitted as to the reality of legal interpretation, and, without disregarding their theoretical bases, left guidelines for the consolidation of a theory of interpretation. Kelsen developed the concept of legal frame as a limit to the authentic interpreter of the rule whose subjectivity influence the interpretative process,but also saw interpretations outside this frame.
