Conceived to resolve the growing overload of the General Court, this reform ambitioned to "allow for a reduction within a short time of both the volume of pending cases and the excessive duration of proceedings". If this aim seems within reach considering the increase of resources allocated to the General Court, it remains regrettable that this reform took so little into account the general architecture of the Union's Court System. This flaw might, in the near future, put in jeopardy the very interest of this reform.https://www.europeanpapers.eu/en/europeanforum/tribunal-une-reforme-du-statut-de-la-cjue-en-demi-teintegeneral courtprotocol no 3reform of the statute of the court of justice of the european unionduration of proceedingsjudges |
