Six meetings were held, one week with each class, the night shift, with the average duration of 45 minutes each meeting. The interventions were through dialogues, use of audiovisual resources, dynamics and dramatizations. From the proposed interventions, aimed to enable the development of more assertive behaviors of students in the classroom, by expressing their thoughts and feelings in a clear way, preserving the rights of others and without prejudice to their own rights, to reduce conflicts and improve interpersonal relationships. The results pointed to the improvement of the interpersonal relations in the school environment, according to observation of the behavior and report of the students and teachers themselves.https://online.unisc.br/seer/index.php/psi/article/view/13408psicologia escolarrelações interpessoaishabilidades sociais.
