An organisation’s life depends heavily on the quality of management. If there is any lack within the management element, it may severely limit an organisation’s existence. It is thus imperative to put all the elements in the right shape and place. Yet still this may be insufficient, due to ever growing competitiveness. Vision, strategy and innovation are fundamental in business enterprises but there are other issues related that have an effect to the management and need careful consideration.
