Summary: | The main purpose of the present research is to measure the situation of excellent organizational climate factors and study its relationship with organizational learning in governmental organizations of west Azerbaijan province.For the research theoretical frame, Goleman's Theoy has been used as the studying basis of organizational climate and Gorge Huber's theory and model as the studying basis of organizational learning. The research theories consist of one primary and six secondary hypotheses. The research method is considered as descriptive-correlational type. The statistical population includes all the staff of governmental organizations of WestAzerbaijanProvince, totalling 51058 based on the statistics obtained from the province planning and management organization.The sample size was 380 obtained by using stratified random sampling method. The measuring instruments are two questionnaires, the reliability and validity of which have been already confirmed. The data Analysis was based on computerized software SPSS, Pearson correlation and Multivariate regression. Based on the analysis of the existing data, all the research hypotheses were confirmed. <br /> |
