of this case is its extremely early presentation. Patient presented with features of acute intestinal obstruction and due to prompt
diagnosis and timely intervention, she underwent a successful reduction of hernia and an anatomical repair of the fascial and peritoneal
defect through the midline laparotomy incision. |
