Summary:A differentiated approach to the sporting dance exercises on the stage of a preliminary basic training was grounded. The experiment involved 20 dancers (10 boys and 10 girls) aged 13 years old. Morpho-functional status, physical development and physical preparedness levels of adolescents were determined. The criteria for the distribution of the children into groups to practice sporting dances in accordance with the levels of physical development and physical preparedness (including sensitive periods performance of physical performance development) to ensure optimal loading and exercises efficiency.
