Avoiding mishaps students clearly lacks willpower and cognitive interests. Therefore, the decreasing interest of students in physical education and a shortage of movement and deterioration of health. It is recommended that regular testing of students to self-knowledge of their physical and mental capacities. It is established that the system of pedagogical action provides better physical condition of students and their motivation for fitness activities.
