Due to, this paper firstly proposes the need to articulate the curriculum design methodology with the empirical evidence about the best conditions to learn and develop human talent. Secondly, it suggests that the problem-solving approach can contribute significantly to this articulation. And finally, it presents the instructional design model of four components to complex learning to design curriculum instructional programs as an alternative model to guide the effective implementation of programs in higher education.
