The work will contribute with reflections about collaboration as having strategic potential for entrepreneurs, since collaboration and entrepreneurship, governance and knowledge sharing are important factors for entrepreneurs. In order to empirically analyze the practice within co-working spaces, data collection was performed through the use of forms for users and non-users of these environments and for managers of the co-working spaces, and analysis of user comments within the media of these spaces, in order to perceive different perspectives. Thus, the study concludes, without generalizing intentions, that there are users who frequently use co-working for their activities, perceiving that collaboration, which includes relational governance (trust and contract) and sharing of knowledge, has positive strategic potential for entrepreneurs. Respondents identified opportunities but also recognized a low level of trust. The analysis of the comments suggests the existence of a positive view on the part of the interviewees. This study will instigate more in-depth research of these spaces in the academic and commercial environment, in order to contribute to co-working spaces being environments with greater potential, gaining the loyalty of the users through the benefits recognized here.https://revista.feb.unesp.br/index.php/gepros/article/view/2324CollaborationGovernanceKnowledge SharingCoworking
